His mission: Redefine “billionaire” from someone who accumulates a billion dollars to someone who helps a billion people.

Proven Leadership in Corporate Innovation As Vice President of Corporate Research at Kimberly-Clark, Pete led a team of scientists that discovered, developed, and delivered new and emerging technologies to create breakthrough essential products for iconic brands including Huggies®, Kotex®, Kleenex®, and Depend®. As the company’s Chief Scientist, he helped create long-term science and technology strategies for the corporation.

Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Pete served as a senior executive at The Dow Chemical Company, holding various positions across research and development, new business development, sustainable development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate licensing, and new ventures.

Throughout his career, Pete is known as a challenger, coach, and catalyst for developing enterprise-wide strategies and fostering cultures of scientific excellence focused on accelerating transformative and disruptive innovation.
